Chocolate Delight 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 c. confectionary sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 pkg instant chocolate pudding
3 c. whole milk

Mix together flour, butter, and chopped nuts. Press in 9x 13 pan.

Bake at 400°F for 8 minutes (watch so it doesn't burn). Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1/2 cool whip. Mix pudding and milk together. Spread over cooled cream cheese mixture. Spread on rest of cool whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
