FROZEN HASH BROWN POTATOES | |
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion (or 2 tbsp. minced onion) 1 can cream of chicken soup 12 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese Put potatoes in a greased cake pan (9x13 inch). Combine next 7 ingredients and melt together. Pour over potatoes and mix. Add 2 cups of crushed corn flakes to a 1/2 cup of melted butter. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour (uncovered). These potatoes can be mixed up the night before and refrigerated. |
