FOUR LAYER CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
2 sticks melted butter
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
3 c. sweet milk
2 lg. chocolate instant pudding

Mix flour, nuts and melted butter together and put in bottom of a 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely. Mix together Cool whip, sugar and softened cream cheese and layer on top of the crust. Mix the milk and instant pudding and let stand until thick. Pour over cheese mixture for a third layer. Top off with the remainder of the Cool Whip for the final layer. Refrigerate after serving.
