CHOCOLATE LAYER DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix like pie crust and press into 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar

Blend above and fold in 1 small container Cool Whip. Pour over crust.

SECOND LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Beat until thick and pour on first layer.

TOPPING:

1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 Hershey bar

Spread Cool Whip and sprinkle chocolate shavings and nuts on top.
