CHOCOLATE LAYERED DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. chocolate instant pudding (or any other flavor)

FIRST LAYER: 1 cup flour, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup nuts; melt and mix. Spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, then cool.

SECOND LAYER: 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar. From large container Cool Whip take 1 cup, mix and spread over the first layer and chill.

THIRD LAYER: Mix 2 packages instant pudding mix with 3 cups milk and pour over second layer.

FOURTH LAYER: Top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts. Chill overnight.
