FOUR LAYER CHOCOLATE DELIGHT | |
1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. butter 3/4 c. pecans 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 16 oz. Cool Whip 1 lg.. box instant chocolate pudding 3 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1st layer: Mix together flour, melted butter and pecans, press in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 2nd layer: Cream the cheese and sugar. Add 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Mix and spread over first layer. 3rd layer: Mix pudding, milk and vanilla. Spread over second layer. 4th layer: Spread rest of Cool Whip over third layer. Refrigerate and chill thoroughly before serving. |
