POTATO PUFFS | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter 1/4 c. onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz. sour cream 2 c. shredded Colby cheese 2 c. crushed corn flakes Place hash browns in a greased 13x9 inch pan. Pour 1/2 cup butter over these. Combine onions, soup, sour cream and cheese and spread over hash browns. Mix remaining butter with crushed corn flakes and sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
