BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) partially baked pie shell

VEGETABLE MIXTURE:

3/4 c. cooked, chopped broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. onion
Salt & pepper

CUSTARD MIXTURE:

3 eggs
1 c. half & half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. grated cheese

Saute onion in butter until soft. Add broccoli and saute briefly. Place vegetable mixture in partially baked pie shell. Combine custard mixture ingredients and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
