CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. Bisquick
4 tbsp. butter
2 cans evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13 inch baking pan (not greased). Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes. check by inserting knife in center - pie is done when knife comes out clean.
