CRUSTLESS COCONUT PIE 
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

My aunts recipe is the same except it is 3/4 of a stick of melted butter not 3/4 cup - that would be a stick and a half! - also I could not find canned coconut - 1 small can is 1-1/3 cups. The best I could find - otherwise the pie is awesome!
