GRANDMA'S CRUSTLESS COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c milk
1 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c self-rising flour
1/2 stick melted butter
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 - 7 oz can of coconut

Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs. Add sugar and flour. Beat until thoroughly mixed. To this mixture, add milk, butter, flavoring, and vanilla. Mix well and pour into two 9 -inch pie plates. Spray plates with a little Pam.

Bake about 35-40 minutes at 350°F.
