HASH BROWN PIE 
1 (24 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. ham, diced
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper

Spread thawed hash browns on paper towels to soak up moisture. Preheat oven 425 degrees. Butter 9 inch pie pan. Make crust out of hash browns. Brush with melted butter. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees.

Combine ham, cheese, place on crust. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese. Bake 30-45 minutes.
