QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
8 slices bacon
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash nutmeg
3 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. milk

Bake pastry shell at 450 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 325 degrees. Fry bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Place bacon and cheese in pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
