QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 half baked 9 inch pie shell
5 slices crisp crumbled bacon
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
3 eggs (lg.), slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. whole milk
Dash salt, pepper, oregano

Sprinkle crumbled bacon in bottom of pie shell. Saute onion about 4-5 minutes and mix with grated cheese. Sprinkle mixture on top of bacon. Mix eggs, milk, seasonings and pour over cheese. Bake 400-425 degrees about 45 minutes or until puffy and slightly browned. Serve with sliced fruit.
