1 (20 oz.) frozen California blend 3 stalks celery, sliced 1/2 c. green olives, sliced 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (or 1 can) 3 to 4 green onions, diced 3 fresh tomatoes, diced in lg. pieces .75 g. reg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing 1/2 c. vinegar 2/3 c. salad oil Cook frozen vegetables 3 to 5 minutes, drain and cool. Mix HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing, oil and vinegar. Let stand 20 minutes. Mix ALL ingredients and refrigerate. Best is left a couple of hours or more. |
