LINGUINI WITH CLAM & BROCCOLI
SAUCE
 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans Doxsee chopped clams (including juice)
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Basil
1 lb. linguini pasta
Grated Parmesan cheese

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until broccoli is done. Cook linguini separately in boiling water. When pasta is done, pour sauce over linguini and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
