LINGUINI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1/3 c. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
1/3 c. parsley
1 1/2 c. drained minced clams or 2 doz. fresh or canned
1 c. clam juice (use liquid from fresh clams)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. white wine

Heat oil in heavy saucepan. Add garlic and parsley and cook over medium heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add clam juice, clams, salt, pepper and wine. Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve with linguini. Makes 4-6 servings or 1 pound of linguini.
