HAMBURGER HOTDISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 tbsp. salad oil
2/3 c. water
1 can condensed onion or mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute Rice
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 lg. can Veg-All

Saute meat and mushrooms in oil. Blend in water, soup, and Veg-All. Stir in rice (uncooked). Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Simmer without cover until desired consistency.
