BAKED POTATO WEDGES 
4 lg. unpeeled potatoes
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
Garlic powder

Wash potatoes and cut in wedges lengthwise. Place skin down in greased baking dish. Mix rest of ingredients and brush on potatoes. Bake 1 hour, 375.
