BAKED SPICED POTATO WEDGES 
4 med. to lg. potatoes, scrubbed
3 tbsp. olive oil (or oil of choice)
Spice of choice: pepper, garlic, basil, rosemary, parsley, oregano, thyme
1 Ziploc baggie, qt. size

Cut potatoes lengthwise in 8 pieces. Add oil and spices and potatoes in Ziploc baggies. Zip baggie shut and spread mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan (or whatever necessary so potatoes are in one layer. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees for 1 hour. Stir over half way through.
