BAKED POTATO WEDGES | |
3 large baking potatoes 1/4 cup Crisco oil Paprika salt pepper grated Parmesan cheese (optional) Heat oven to 425°F. Pour Crisco oil into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Scrub potatoes. Cut potatoes lengthwise into quarters. Blot cut edges with paper towel. Put potatoes in pan. Turn to coat evenly with oil, leaving potatoes cut sides up in single layer. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper and cheese, if used. Bake at 425°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until fork tender. Serve plain or with sour cream. Add extra salt and pepper, if desired. |
