BAKED POTATO WEDGES | |
4 lg. unpeeled raw potatoes 1/4 c. cooking oil 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Wash potatoes; cut in wedges. Place skin down in baking dish. Mix next 6 ingredients and brush on potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Leftovers are very good fried or reheated. Serves 4. |
