OLIVE-FILLED CHEESE BALLS | |
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, unsifted 2 tbsp. butter, softened 25 med. stuffed green olives or pitted black olives, dried off Dash of cayenne Beat together cheese and butter until well blended and creamy. Stir in flour and cayenne. Wrap a teaspoon of dough around each olive, covering completely. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. |
