OLIVE AND CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) bleu cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. soft butter
2/3 c. coarsely chopped ripe olives
1 tbsp. minced chives
1/3 c. sliced almonds

Blend cheese, butter, olives and chives together. Chill until easily handled. Shape into a ball. Roll in nuts and chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
