2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cooking oil
Sliced onions

Beat eggs and pour into milk. Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Pour into egg and milk and beat in cooking oil.

Dip onions in batter and drop into hot oil until golden.
