MINUTE RICE "CHICKEN DIVAN" 
3/4 lb. chicken pieces
2 tsp. oil
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) box broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown chicken in oil. Add water, broccoli and soup. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings. Less than 350 calories per serving.
