CHICKEN RICE DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. chicken, cooked & sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. cooked rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Arrange in buttered dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese. Add chicken. Season to taste. Top with rice. Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Remove sauce from heat and stir in lemon juice and sour cream. Pour sauce mixture over rice. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned (15 to 20 minutes). Serves 6 to 8.
