“MONTEREY SALAD DRESSING” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  MUSHROOM BURGERS

MONTEREY SALAD DRESSING 
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
1/2 c. vinegar
1 pkt. onion soup mix
1/2 c. ketchup or chili sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Pour evaporated milk into a 1 qt. container. Gradually add vinegar, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients; shake or stir till well blended. Chill. Serve over mixed greens, veggies, meat or seafood salads. Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
