OREO DESSERT 
1 1/4 lb. Oreo
1 1/2 stick butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. instant pudding

FIRST LAYER: Crush Oreo cookies (save 1 cup). Melt stick of butter, mix together. Press in 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

SECOND LAYER: Mix confectioners' sugar, cream cheese and 8 oz. Cool Whip together with electric mixer. Spread gently over crumbs.

THIRD LAYER: Mix pudding as directions say. Spread on cream cheese layer.

TOPPING: 8 oz. Cool Whip. Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs. Refrigerate.
