1 env. Knox gelatin
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies

Dissolve Knox gelatin in milk. Soak for 1 hour. Add sugar, egg yolks (beaten) and cook until it is the consistency of a custard. Let cool. Fold in Cool Whip then egg whites (beaten).

Crumble a layer of Oreo cookies on bottom of cake pan. Put mixture on top and then top with layer of crumbled cookies.
