OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 bag Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 (12 oz.) jar caramel topping
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
Sm. bag nuts

Allow ice cream and Cool Whip to soften before spreading. Grease bottom of 9 x 12 pan. Crush 1 1/2 rolls of Oreo cookies. Layer in bottom of pan. Spread ice cream over Oreos. Pour caramel topping over ice cream. Spread nuts over caramel topping. Spread Cool Whip over nuts. Crush remaining Oreos and layer over Cool Whip.

COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND FREEZE 48 HOURS.
