OREO ICE CREAM DESSERT 
30 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Combine oreos and butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Add ice cream and freeze.

SAUCE:

2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
2 sq. semi sweet chocolate

TOPPING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
Chopped pecans

To make chocolate sauce, mix in butter and chocolate. Add sugar and vanilla. Add evaporated milk. Cook until thick. Cool. Pour over ice cream. Freeze. Spread Cool Whip. Freeze.
