ICE CREAM OREO DESSERT 
2 sticks butter
6 tbsp. cocoa mixed w/2 tbsp. salad oil
4 beaten eggs
3 c. confectioner's sugar
1 pkg. (3-row) Oreo cookies
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Crush 2 rows of Oreo cookies, line greased pan with the crushed Oreo cookies. Melt butter, add cocoa, 4 eggs and sugar. Stir well and let cool (about 10 minutes). Spread over crumb crust. Freeze until firm, 2 to 3 hours. Spread softened vanilla ice cream over top of frozen mixture. Crush last row of Oreo cookies and sprinkle over top of ice cream. Freeze overnight (best).
