1 box chicken broth or suitable substitute (2 cans or like 4 cubes + water)
1 brick cream cheese
2 half chicken breasts chopped/cubed small
3 cans white beans
1 can corn
1 can diced green chili
1 can Rotel or small jar salsa
1 tbsp. cumin
garlic salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Cook chicken with butter or oil season with garlic salt. Add broth and remaining ingredients. simmer and serve. (Top with cheese green onions or sour cream as desired.)
