28 Oreo cookies
1 stick soft butter
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix and spread in 9 x 13 pan: 28 (crumbled) Oreo cookies and 1 stick butter. Mix cream cheese (softened), 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 8 oz. Cool Whip. Spread on top of cookie mixture. Mix until thick both boxes of pudding and 3 cups milk. Spread over the cream cheese mixture. Top with more Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate shavings or crumble more Oreos on top.
