ANTIPASTO ROLL - UPS 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 hard boiled egg
12 oz. thinly sliced cheese
12 oz. thinly sliced lunchmeat

(Your favorite cheese and meat may be used. I prefer Muenster cheese with Hot Italian Loaf.) Mash tuna, egg, mayonnaise, and lemon. Set aside. Place a couple teaspoons of tuna mixture on each slice of cheese and meat. Roll the three together and secure with cocktail toothpicks. Cut into thirds or fourths to serve.
