BISCUIT ROLL-UP 
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. water
1 can tuna, drained and flaked
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced sweet pickle
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine biscuit mix and water to form a soft dough. Press or roll out to a 10x15 inch rectangle. Combine remaining 4 ingredients and sprinkle over dough. Roll up as for jelly roll; pinch ends to seal. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Cut in 1-inch slices.

ALTERNATE FILLINGS: salmon, browned ground beef, ground leftover roast beef, chicken, ham.

SAUCES: Mushroom soup, tomato soup, gravy, cheese sauce, creamed vegetables.
