ANTIPASTO ROLL-UPS 
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salami
Mozzarella cheese slices

Mash together tuna, hard-cooked egg, mayonnaise and lemon juice; set aside. Arrange a piece of cheese on a piece of salami. Spread about 1 teaspoon of the tuna mixture over the cheese. Roll up; secure with 3 wooden toothpicks. Chill. To serve, cut each roll into thirds. Makes 8 dozen appetizers.
