BIG TUNA ROLL 
DOUGH:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. shortening
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix together flour, salt, baking powder. Cut in shortening until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg and 1/2 cup milk. Mix until dough follows fork around bowl. Roll 1/4" thick on lightly floured surface.

TUNA FILLING:

1 (6 oz.) can tuna
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine in order. Spread this mix over pastry dough and shape into a roll. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 425 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with cheese sauce. Which follows.
