MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 to 10 potatoes
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
butter
paprika

Boil potatoes until tender. Mash. Mix mashed potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Note: Can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen.
