BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. catsup
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Cook onion in oil until soft. Not brown. Add remaining ingredients. Mix. Boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Add cooked pork, beef or ham (sliced or cut into small pieces). Serve on bun.
