7 - LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce (cut in bite-size pieces)
1 c. celery, diced
4 hard boiled eggs, diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, not cooked
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. carrots, grated
1 med. sized onion, diced

Place ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan in the order given above.

Mix together: 2 tsp. sugar

Spread on top of layered salad. On top of mayonnaise spread a 4 ounce package of shredded Cheddar cheese. Next crumble 1 pound of bacon (fried) on top. Add tomatoes or cherry tomatoes as garnish. Refrigerate until ready to use.
