LAYERED LETTUCE SALAD | |
1 head lettuce (torn) 1 c. celery (diced) 1 (16 oz.) can English peas (drained) 3/4 c. green pepper (diced) 1 bunch green onions (chopped) 4 hard boiled eggs (crumbled) 1/2 lb. bacon (fried and crumbled) Layer in large bowl all of the above. Then "ice" with the dressing so no salad contents can be seen. DRESSING: 1 c. sour cream 1 pkg. Good Seasons "ranch style" dressing 2 c. mayonnaise |
