Cut with scissors part of package of fresh spinach as bottom layer in large salad bowl. Add 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. Add 3 boiled eggs, chopped. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons sugar. Cut layer of lettuce with scissors.
Add 1 layer sweet salad onion. And add 1 package of frozen uncooked small peas. Season again with salt, seasoned pepper and sugar. Spread top with mayonnaise (about 1 pint) leaving no air holes. Lay on strip of Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve with spoon. Serves 6-8.
