GREEN LAYERED SALAD 
1 pkg. red leaf lettuce
1 pkg. or head lettuce
1/2 pkg. spinach
2 bunches green onions
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine

DRESSING:

1 lg. pkg. dry HIDDEN VALLEY® dressing
2 c. mayonnaise
2 sm. cartons sour cream

Layer salad ingredients in a large dish in order listed. Mix dressing ingredients and ice salad like a cake. Do not toss. Cover with foil and refrigerate one day before serving. Serves 16.
