CREAM CHICKEN PIE 
Cold, cooked chicken
Milk
Chicken stock
Salt & pepper
Mashed potatoes

Break cold, cooked chicken into moderate-sized pieces. Make a sauce of 1/2 milk and 1/2 chicken stock. Season to taste. Put chicken into a baking dish or individual dishes and cover with sauce. Spread top with finely-mashed potatoes that have been beaten until very light. Brown in oven for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
