CHEDDAR CREAM'N ONION CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground sausage
1/2 bag sour cream'n onion potato chips
1/4 c. flour
4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown sausage over medium heat. When done, add the flour, stirring constantly. If too thick, add a little water to make sauce smooth but thick. Add 1/2 of the cheese. When cheese is melted, remove from stove. Lightly grease a casserole dish and crumble the chips inside. Pour sauce and remaining cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees until sauce is hot.
