CREAMED ONION AND SPINACH
CASSEROLE
 
16 oz. braised onions
1/3 c. milk
Dash nutmeg and white pepper
1 env. instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
2 c. cooked, chopped spinach

Combine all ingredients except spinach in blender. Blend until smooth. Add spinach to onion mixture.

Turn into 1 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes until bubbly. Oven temperature: 350 degrees F. Servings: 4.
