CALIFORNIA CREAMED "CHICKEN" 
2 cans tuna, drained
2 lg. potatoes, cooked and diced
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 bag frozen peas and carrots
1 sm. chopped onion

Mix vegetables in medium bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.

Make cream sauce with 3 tablespoons butter, 3 tablespoons flour and 1 1/2 cups milk. Cook until smooth and creamy. Add tuna to sauce.

In greased casserole, place 1 layer of vegetables, layer of sauce, layer of vegetables and top with sauce. Top with buttered bread cubes and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour until browned.
