CALIFORNIA CHICKEN SALAD 
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
Lettuce leaves
Paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. butter
4 c. shredded chicken
2 c. seedless, peeled & sliced grapes

Melt butter and cool to room temperature. Mix butter and mayonnaise. Stir in dry ingredients. Combine chicken with other ingredients. Pour dressing over mixture. Serve on lettuce leaves, then garnish with grapes and nuts. Sprinkle with paprika.
